Data protection is of high concern for the Plan4all association. The following data protection policy is compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) of the European Union including the used terminology.
By means of this data protection policy, Plan4all would like to inform the general public of the personal data we collect, use and process.
As the controller, Plan4all has implemented numerous technical and organisational measures to ensure the most complete protection of personal data processed through its website. However, Internet-based data transmissions may in principle have security gaps, so absolute protection may not be guaranteed. For this reason, every data subject is free to transfer personal data to us via alternative means, e.g. by telephone.
Applications (events, membership)
The applicant or his/her legal representative, in case the participant is under the age of 18, gives freely a consent to process applicant’s personal data provided through the application form (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, phone number, email address) by Plan4all, as the controller of such personal data.
The personal data, collected in an encrypted way through the information system of Plan4all or via a third party data controller (see below), will be processed solely for the purposes they were provided for. The access to the personal data will be limited to a restricted group of Plan4all members. The personal data won’t be kept longer than necessary.
Third party data processors
On its website, the controller has integrated the component of Google Analytics. The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyse the traffic on the Plan4all’s website. Google uses the collected data and information to evaluate the use of the website and to provide online reports, which show the activities on the Plan4all websites.
